The production process begins with the automatic feeding system. High-quality HDPE or PE raw materials are transported from the storage hopper into the single screw extruder through a vacuum loader. Optional gravimetric dosing systems ensure precise material feeding, improving product consistency while reducing raw material waste.

At the heart of the HDPE Pipe Extrusion Line is a high-efficiency single screw extruder. Designed with an optimized barrier screw and advanced mixing section, the extruder delivers excellent plasticizing performance, stable output, and low energy consumption. The barrel features multiple heating zones with intelligent temperature control. After plasticization, the molten material enters the precision extrusion die head. Manufactured using advanced CNC machining technology, the die provides balanced melt flow and produces pipes with uniform wall thickness, smooth inner and outer surfaces, and excellent concentricity.

Different die heads and calibration systems can be quickly replaced, allowing the production of PE pipes ranging from small communication conduit pipes to large-diameter water supply and drainage pipes. Our plastic pipe extrusion machine supports pipe diameters from 16 millimeters up to 1,600 millimeters or larger, depending on customer requirements.

The extruded pipe then enters the vacuum calibration tank, where precision calibration sleeves accurately shape the pipe while maintaining its diameter and roundness. The vacuum system continuously removes air from the calibration chamber, ensuring excellent dimensional accuracy throughout the production process.

Multiple stainless-steel spray cooling tanks follow the vacuum calibration section. High-efficiency spray nozzles cool the pipe evenly, minimizing internal stress while improving long-term mechanical performance. The closed-loop water circulation system reduces water consumption and supports environmentally friendly production.

The cooled pipe is pulled forward by a synchronized haul-off machine. Depending on pipe diameter, the production line can be equipped with two-track, three-track, four-track, six-track, or eight-track haul-off units. Each track operates independently under frequency inverter or servo control, ensuring smooth and stable pulling speed without damaging the pipe surface.

An automatic pipe cutting machine accurately cuts the finished pipe to the preset length. The flying cutter synchronizes with the extrusion speed, allowing continuous production without stopping the line. The cutting surface is smooth, square, and burr-free, meeting the requirements of modern pipe manufacturing.

Finished pipes are transferred automatically to the stacking system, where they are neatly arranged for inspection, packaging, or transportation. Optional automatic conveying, labeling, printing, and packaging equipment can be integrated into the complete PE pipe production line, creating a fully automated manufacturing process.

Throughout production, intelligent online monitoring systems continuously measure pipe diameter, wall thickness, and production speed. Real-time production data are displayed on the touchscreen control panel, allowing operators to monitor equipment performance and adjust processing parameters immediately when necessary.

Our advanced PLC control system integrates every machine into one intelligent operating platform. Operators can easily manage the extruder, vacuum tank, cooling system, haul-off machine, cutter, and downstream equipment through a user-friendly Human-Machine Interface.
